Third, the customer confirms the sample and pays a deposit to officially place the order.

Q8. How do you handle defective products?
A: First, our products are manufactured under a strict quality control system, with a defect rate of less than 0.1%.
Second, during the warranty period, we will provide replacements for small batches of defective machines. For large batches of defective products, we will repair and return them or discuss solutions based on the actual situation, including recalls.
